(Minor Favorable Trait)
In order to have this trait a character must have 10 Skill ranks in the prime skill associated with what they have credentials in. Credentials mark a character as being socially proficient in the skill, a recognized 'expert' or 'practitioner' of the skill who can use their credentials to acquire employment, impress others or receive some social benefits in that field of endeavor.
It is not required to have a college degree in many fields in Jarro, only a limited number of people are actually college educated, far less than in a more modern setting. College degrees are not available in many other of the worlds of Zamani, but credentials may exist (ex: a master craftsman in metals would have credentials in Ornico allowing them to own a shop and have journeymen and apprentices under them and be a voting member in a tradesman guild but not have been educated in a formal school but worked their way up from apprentice).
To buy this trait with growth points a character must go thru an accreditation process, either by taking some sort of recognized test or having the accreditation bestowed on them by an accepted authority in the society.
