(Minor Unfavorable Trait)

A character with this trait has previously been arrested, found guilty, and been punished for a crime. Whether they actually were guilty is moot, the law found them as such and they are recorded as such. This is a social stigma that can affect their ability to find employment, and can also affect how others treat them if they learn of their past.

Additionally they may, by law enforcement persons, be watched more closely and maybe considered as a possible suspect if similar crimes occur that they are in the general vicinity of. The details of what they were punished for should be decided and recorded as part of their character background at the start of play.

This trait should not be taken at the same time as Wanted Criminal.
