This is one of those traits that has both positive and negative effects. Basically the character has a physically larger than normal mouth for their head size.

This gives them a -2 to the Skills of Acting, Disguise, Fast Talk,Fire Eating, Ventriloquism and strangely a +2 when it comes to Voice and Erotic Arts.

This may also produce some social stigma when dealing with some individuals.
