Fast Reflexes (Minor Favorable Trait)

A character with this trait has reflexes that are actually faster than their Dexterity Attribute value. They get a +2 to their Initiative from this trait added to their Dexterity when determining initiative in all combat time situations. It also gives a +2 to their MOVE value.

This will compound with any other Inititive modifiers, and it does not count towards racial limitations on Dexterity value.
