This is the art of speaking convincingly and quickly for a small group of people or a crowd. It is a form of persuasion that doesn't depend on knowing the specific subject's desires, but in manipulating them using crowd manipulation and baser instinct understandings.

It is done relatively fast, though not necessarily eloquently, and is often a misrepresentation of the truth or the use of faulty logic to convince people of a premise to act upon. It is a prime skill for con men, street thieves, salesmen and carnival grifters. It often involves using greed, fear, or other emotional reactions of the crowd to enhance it's result.
