Firearm Permit (Minor Favorable Trait)

In many countries the ownership of firearms requires a special permit. Characters who carry firearms without such a permit are breaking the law and can be arrested for such. Generally people with a Criminal Record cannot have a firearm permit.

In many countries it is impossible to buy ammunition, as well as firearms, legally without such a permit.

Firearm permits are more difficult to acquire for characters who are living outside of their home country.

A character cannot take this trait that has Annonymity, Criminal Record, or is a Wanted Criminal, unless they have an Alternative Identity.
