Infertile

(Minor Unfavorable Trait)

A character with this trait is incapable of producing offspring thru normal sexual activity. It is not that they are Sexually Dysfunctional or incapable of engaging in sexual activity or enjoying, just that they will not produce children from such, unless there is some form of magical, scientific or divine intervention to cause such.

In some societies/cultures/religions this, if known, can work negatively for the character in regards to reputation, maritability, or citizen status. In others it has little effect, and in a few it can make the character even more desirable to persons who specifically do not want to produce offspring.

A character with this trait may have some personal issues in regards to this trait, it may cause a disdain in some from any sexual activity, and in others an excess of it. It may also affect their actual concepts of selfworth, or how they interact with their family members.

Generally unless this is going to have a true roleplaying effect on the personality and actions of the character as you perceive it you should not take this trait. It can, in some games, be a story-related trait, but not always.

This trait cannot be taken with Excessively Fertile or Sexually Dysfunctional.
