Since Jarro is technologically the most advanced world of the five in the Zamani System it was chosen as the original design point.
Lucre, the common fund measurement in New Lutetia is used as the planetary measurement value for the basic purchasing of goods and services. Starting characters on Jarro generally have (Resources *100) in Lucre to spend on equipment and for walking around money.

Generally All Skills on the lists are available to characters from Jarro. This is not true of all the worlds, since technologically oriented skills may be limited. If a character comes from one of the less advanced worlds they may be at a penalty when working with specific technological devices from Jarro.
