Medical License

(Major Favorable Trait)

This trait requires a College Degree, and the skills Physician and Medicine. A character with this trait has a medical degree and a license to practice medicine within their home country. This also allows them to purchase, transport and administer controlled drugs and substances, issue prescription orders, and stand witness in court as a medical 'expert', etc.

As part of their medical training, a character with this trait gets an additional +20 Skill Ranks to construct their character with.

There is some professional status in having this license, and it may in many cases be honored in other countries or allow easy acquiring of such in those countries without fulfilling additional criteria or proof of ability.

A character with a medical degree can have one of their related skills as high as rank 15, and must have one at 10 ranks minimum.
