Octavia I

Last Queen of Belgravia, who ruled from Ravenguard for 57 years before dying from a prolonged illness. After her death Belgravia and Aerland fell under the rule of Marcus I who reformed the two neighboring kingdoms into the Belgravian Republic, establishing a parliment of nobles and establishing a more bureaucratic government system.

Octavia is remembered as a strong, just, fair and prosperous queen. Her younger sister, Marlaine, was the mother of Marcus I, and she had managed to outlive all her other close relatives by the time of her death. She had made the arrangements for Marcus I to take the throne upon her death some years before her actual passing, and there had been peace between the two kingdoms for over a hundred and fifty years by the time of her death.

She did hold a small war during the middle of her reign with Arzbach (Now part of modern Veltland) which was lost due to treachery from Nikolay of Mahlow (now part of modern Zeitland) with whom she was allied.
