A character with this trait has a tendency towards avoiding asking assistance or help from others, they believe that they should always put on a strong face and never look weak, incapable or lacking of self-sufficiency.

They want the world to believe that they don't need others, whether it is true in a situation or not, and may make mistakes in relationships or in complex situations where getting advice may have given them insight that they lack.

They also have trouble admitting when they are in error. If combined with Grudge Keeper this trait becomes even more annoying to deal with in a character, since they will rarely accept apologies or make such themselves when they have wronged somsone else.
