This is the ability to use one's general sexuality, body language, voice, animal magnetism, and appearance to attract another sentient being and convince them that they are of interest and desire, and hopefully to stir similar feelings in them so that they will act in a favorable manner to the character.
Seduction, besides drawing a sentient into actual sexual activity, can be used to persuade in specific ways, especially in regards to emotional reaction to a character. The chance for success is modified as per Penalty List Physiology Modifiers, specific traits that raise or lower seduction ability in general, and the situation involved.
Trying to seduce someone in the middle of combat or who has a hatred for the character, for instance, is unlikely. Trying to seduce someone in an appropriate situation or atmosphere (ex: at a party) would be without penalty. Trying to seduce someone who is already sexually arroused or specifically looking for a sexual encounter enhances the character's success.
Seduction, like most Influence Skills, is defended against with the character's Spirit (with any specific modifiers they may have from their own traits).
Characters who match their target in regards to things like Unconventional Sexual Practices may get bonuses. Characters who have a Prejudice against the character or who don't match in regards to Gender of interest are likely to get defensive bonuses against a seducer.
The GM may reward a player with interesting roleplaying effort in the use of this skill with additional bonuses above their character's actual skills at such.
