A character with this trait grew up initially in a modern urban environment without the benefit of a higher education, but learning much from the denizens of the street, exposure to the rough life of the poorer classes and hustling as needed to get by.

They should not have the traits Bastard Noble, Born Backstage, Extended Family, Independent Major Income, Independent Severe Income, Wealthy Family, or World Traveler
